On your marks, get set, go! go! go little duck go!
When: 6th October 2012.
Where: Tübingen, near Stuttgart, Germany
Around 7,000 yellow plastic ducks make a break for it each October in the annual Tübingen Duck Race. Having had enough of bathtub confinement they bob and jostle their way along the picturesque River Neckar to the sounds of cheering crowds.
Thousands line the course which runs from Alleenbrücke to the finishing line at Neckarbrücke bridge.
